On the 12th of July, the conference “The digitalisation of the logistics chain” organised by UIR (Unione Interporti Riuniti) in collaboration with Interporto Toscano Amerigo Vespucci, RAM and FERMERCI was held in the setting of the Fortezza Vecchia of the Port System Authority of the Northern Tyrrhenian Sea.
It was a precious opportunity to deepen and discuss the fundamental role of digitalisation in the logistics chain, with particular reference to the key nodes of the system such as ports and freight villages, with a focus on the resources that will soon be made available under the PNRR.
